| | How to place an order | |

| | If you know the catalogue numbers you require then use the Quick Order feature, otherwise select the product type, stationery, toys etc, and then select the specific catalogue from the list on the left hand side of the page. | |

| | Quick Order | |

|
| |  Click on the Quick Order link on the left hand side :
- Enter the catalogue code for the items you require into the Code Column.
- Enter the Quantity you require into the Order column.
- Click on the Packs
 or Singles  symbol to switch between packs & singles.
 - When you have entered ALL the items you require, or filled all the columns.Click on the 'Add' button, to add the items to your Trolley.
- The system will validate your order and highlight any errors by placing a message in the Status column.You must correct any invalid entries before clicking the 'Add' button again.

| | Order by Catalogue | |

| |  Click on the Catalogue link on the left hand side :
- Use the Page number dropdown list to navigate to the page you require.
- Enter the quantity required in the Order column, or alternatively, Click on the Plus
 or Minus  symbol to increase or decrease the quantity by 1. You can also use the symbols show above the column to increase or decerase all the items shown by 1.
 - When you have entered ALL the items you require, or filled all the columns.Click on the 'Add' button, to add the items to your Trolley.
- The system will validate your order and highlight any errors by placing a message in the Status column.You must correct any invalid entries before clicking the 'Add' button again.

| | There is a basic search facility on the site allowing you to search for a product by a single keyword. E.g. FIMBLES, GAMES, PADS etc. Search words are not case sensitive and are shown in upper case. | |

| | Featured Items | |
|
|
| | A random selection of our featured items are shown when you first log on. These items represent the pick of our current best sellers. To see the full list of featured items at anytime, then enter *FEAT in the search box and press the {show GO symbol} button. | |

| | View Your Orders | |

| | To view any outstanding backorders follow the 'Your Orders' link in the 'Products' menu. By default only outstanding items are displayed. Recent orders that are awaiting despatch show a status of 'Being Processed'. At present it is not possible to cancel or amend backorders online but by clicking on the {show email button} button at the top of the screen you can send us a quick email advising us of you instructions. By clicking on the {show all items button} button you can display all your recent orders as well. | |

| | View Transactions | |

| | To view a listing of your invoices (only invoices from when you registered are shown) follow the 'Transactions' link in the 'Account' menu. Your current balance as well as details of your last payment date is also shown. The amounts reflect the information keyed into our main system as at the date shown at the top of the screen. | |

| | By following the 'Your Options' link in the 'Account' menu you can preset the following settings for future visits:- Your current email address
- Your web greeting
- Whether you will allow us to backorder or substitute out of stock items
- Show helpful tips at the top of the page
- Turn on or off the pictures – We suggest that you turn off the thumbnail images if you have a slow Internet connection. You can always click on an individual item to display a larger picture at any time.
- Turn on or off order confirmations
- Turn on or off future notification of email offers
- Change your password or hint

| | Order Catalogues | |

| | Follow the 'Order Catalogues' link in the 'Products' menu. Catalogues can be ordered in the same way as you order any item and will be supplied free of charge. In addition to ordering catalogues you can also view the selling dates of our major promotions. | |
